Our Whitening for Life offer includes impressions and trays for arches, two tubes of bleach and FREE bleach at each check-up and cleaning appointment. This is a value of $240, but you'll pay only a fraction of this fee AND receive FREE bleach as long as you keep your regularly scheduled cleanings, as recommended by Dr. Cauthen.
